The environment and location
There wasn't much water coming out of the shower and it was cold and took a long time to heat up.

Excellent location, very helpful staff, very good breakfast, well-flavoured accommodation, heater, has a fireplace but we didn't use it, I would return again.
Shower with little water and takes 1 hour to heat up, causing wastage of water.
